I’ve had the pleasure of working with Cintia and Gui on a number of environmental education projects at the International School of Macao over the last couple of years. During their first visit they introduced vermicomposting and growing microgreens to our middle and high school students and staff which eventually led to our school community starting a small school garden. After seeing their contagious enthusiasm and ability to get students excited about learning, I knew that I needed to have them come back. They’re passionate professionals who “practice what they preach” and its been a pleasure working with them together on sustainability collaborations.
