About Us

We are based in a city with one of the biggest food waste ratios in the world and where every source of food comes from abroad.

Our aim is to help break this pattern by providing local, organic, and fresh produce to nourish & transform the community’s body, mind, and soul, by using the latest technology while minimizing waste, water usage & footprint.

Mighty Greens is the result of the love and gratitude for God and what He provides such as life, nature, and people.

Our focus

Locally grown

Locally grown food provides health benefits and helps reduce carbon footprint. It also brings the community together and instigates education pathways.

Sustainable

Our farm operates under the use of organic, hydroponic, and soil based systems, which drastically reduce the use of water and enhance soil biodiversity.

Organic

Our greens are safe, tasty, healthy, and affordable. Non-organic greens may contain harmful hormones and pesticides which could lead to diseases.

Nutritious

We grow microgreens and wheatgrass due to their rich flavour, splash of color, but most importantly, their nutritional value!

Tchusca Fernandes

Educator

Born in Cabinda, Angola, Tchusca came to Macau in 2006 and obtained her Degree in Product Design from USJ in 2012.

As an artist, Tchusca is fascinated by the environment and trash recycling. She makes good use of the waste around her by upcycling products with no life by incorporating them in her art, hence bringing a whole new meaning and life to a product.

Eventually, this type of work led her into collaborating with Mighty Greens and inspiring the younger generation to make good use of available resources.
