We are based in a city with one of the biggest food waste ratios in the world and where every source of food comes from abroad.
Our aim is to help break this pattern by providing local, organic, and fresh produce to nourish & transform the community’s body, mind, and soul, by using the latest technology while minimizing waste, water usage & footprint.
Mighty Greens is the result of the love and gratitude for God and what He provides such as life, nature, and people.

Co-founder, Head farmer & Educator
Also known as Farmer Gui, Guilherme is originally from Portugal but has been in Macau since he was a kid. He has a background in architecture and has been involved in almost every cotai strip major development.
Gui’s professional journey led him into urban farming when he realised he needed to live more sustainably and stress-free. Consequently, he embarked on studying permaculture and sustainable solutions in cities.
Over the last few years, he has been pioneering the trails to urban and organic farming in Macau.
Co-founder & Educator
Originally from Brazil, Cíntia was raised in Macau. Former Design high school teacher, she has professional degrees in design and education but her true passion is in fitness and wellness.
Her desire to find natural ways to heal the body, led her to learn about food systems and nurture the wonders of organic and whole foods.
Alongside, Cintia is the Macau Global Wellness Day Macau Ambassador and works full time as a fitness coach focusing on pilates and nutrition.
Events and Administration
Hailing from Ecuador with a Chinese background, Sonia Graduated with an Integrated Resorts Hotel Management degree from UMAC, and worked in the hotel industry for 5 years.
Her interests are cooking, design, and recently urban gardening as she begins to grow her own little garden at home.
She wants to prove anyone can plant and grow their own garden with a little guidance and lots of care.
Born in Cabinda, Angola, Tchusca came to Macau in 2006 and obtained her Degree in Product Design from USJ in 2012.
As an artist, Tchusca is fascinated by the environment and trash recycling. She makes good use of the waste around her by upcycling products with no life by incorporating them in her art, hence bringing a whole new meaning and life to a product.
Eventually, this type of work led her into collaborating with Mighty Greens and inspiring the younger generation to make good use of available resources.
